Initial consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of your past and current health, diet, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. Physical examinations including tongue, iris, skin and nails.
Broad scope questioning designed to gather a thorough case analysis to develop a professional personalised treatment plan and prescription. It is encouraged to have this initial appointment in person.

Follow

up

A review of how you went implementing your new changes, consider further functional testing if needed and review pathology results. Analyse progress and modify treatment plan as needed. Introduce further lifestyle changes and provide additional resources to help you stay on track. Including recipes, sleep assist tips and nervous system regulating exercises. This appointment fine tunes your treatment plan to you ensuring positive lasting change.

An opportunity to work together more deeply and intentionally, tailored to your unique health goals and needs. This immersive offering includes a comprehensive initial consultation, two follow-up sessions, and regular out-of-hours check-ins to keep you supported and on track. You’ll receive personalised guidance throughout, including custom diet and recipe plans, curated breathwork and meditation practices, frequency raising techniques and targeted lifestyle adjustments. This is a space to build confidence, self-awareness, and long-term autonomy over your health with me by your side every step of the way.
Over five weeks, we create a supportive space for physical and emotional shifts, while gently guiding you toward greater confidence and transformation to your health.

Naturopaths consider and treat all things holistically, meaning looking at the whole persons body, mind, spirit, lifestyle and beliefs. What can I expect? 

Whether you're addressing a specific concern or looking to enhance overall wellness, your first visit is all about getting to know you, your body, your story, and your goals.
Initial consults involves quite extensive questioning, some may seem un related to your presenting complaint however to me it is all relevant and in some way related. Follow up consults are to dive a little deeper, follow up on how you're progressing and check to see what is working and what needs to be changed.

The concept of Food as Medicine combines both ancient wisdom and modern science, recognising that the right foods can help prevent disease, support recovery, and enhance vitality.
This isn’t about restriction, it’s about empowerment through intentional nourishment.
I am personally extremely passionate about food, the act of feeding oneself and relationship to food. I hope to encourage healthy eating practices, intuitive eating and learning to listen to your body and its innate wisdom.

Functional Testing, do I need it? 

Functional testing is a from of advanced clinical testing used to dig deeper and uncover exactly what's going on inside of your body. When symptoms are persistent and don't seem to improve despite thorough investigation and treatment it may be a good idea to use certain functional test results as a sure way to tailor your treatment plan. Common functional tests include Stool Analysis, Microbiome Mapping, SIBO test or Allergy & Sensitivity Testing (IgG resting).  

What is a Therapeutic Diet? 

My belief lies in eating for the soul. I live to eat and cherish the act of cooking and feeding myself and others. I have struggled in the past with restrictive eating, having a 'poor' relationship with food. I am now confident in my philosophy that food and eating is to be a joyous act based on intuition and deep connection with ones self. As humans we are not machines whereby simply energy goes in and out and the act of listening to your body and what it wants and needs is one of the highest forms of self care.
Therapeutic diets are designed to align with your wants and needs, using the healing powers of fresh foods to feed the body back to health.
